summer has arrived

I thought this was a cute shot of Evan being his awnry self ( this is before story time)
Later in the day we played int he front yard. Tanner washer all of his "vehicles" and had them lined up on the driveway to dry. ( Like father like son!)

Tanner's new shoes. First pair of flip flops... he is soooooo excited. Because, as he told everyone that would listen yesterday ( at the mall). " My mom has flip flops and my Dad as flip flops.. but Evan can't wear flip flops...he is too little"

We had a great day! Abbey came over and played with us. We did bubbles and had water gun fights, the kids played int he pool and wrote all over the place in sidewalk chalk. Summertime is good stuff!
