OK..well I know this light color is hard to read..but I thought it appropriate for the announcement that Mark and Lori are having a BABY GIRL!!! She is due to arrive in October of this year!! We are soooooo excited for you both and cannot wait to meet your beautiful new edition to the family!! I am counting down the days ( as I am sure Lori is as well) Congrats and be sure to send updated pregnancy pictures as the baby and the mommy grow. We love you guys and look forward to seeing the 3 of you soon!!

Movies and woodworking

Tanner and I went to see "Over the hedge yesterday" It was cute and a great time. He had a blast we munched on popcorn and soda and he sat very quietly. I was so proud of his behavior. He cannot wait to go see Cars.

Dad was home with Evan and he did a bunch of yard work and also some woodworking. I snapped this picture of him deep in thought.


This is what he made.. a new key ring and a wine cork trivit for me.

Well it was a nice day here yesterday...not warm. But nice enough. We enjoyed being out on the deck and Tanner blew bubbles and played outside. Billie, Abbey and Brett came over for dinner and to hang out. We had a nice time.

Better go check on the boys... they are "playing quietly"..that CANNOT be a good sign! :)

I got the pleasure of dining with Kara and Jeff on Friday. I soooo enjoyed thier company and I wish I could have visited with them longer. It was great getting to hang out with you guys!

Camping...

Tanner is the only one who caught fish day 1... 2 fish! And we ate them! Even Tanner ate them. I was suprised!

Well, we were pleased to Sam and Beth join us Sat night for food and bs'ing around the campfire. We had a good time... but it is always nice to be home and take a REAL shower!

Well we are back from the first camping trip of the year... I am sure there are more to come.

Well we came back a day early from camping.. the weather crapped out. It got real windy and we were all pretty beat. I missed psoting about Sam's birthday yesterday. So I wanted to be sure to post a message today! I hope you enjoyed your birthday!

It is a beautiful day in Cheyenne. The boys and I picked up daddy for lunch ( Snake River) and then we came home and hung out on the deck a bit... :) What a nice day today is!!

Okay it is hard to take pics of me and the boys...but I did my best.. and Tanner is eating chocolate ice cream... as you can tell my the stash... :)

We are sure gonna miss our camping buddies... Jaime and John.. it won't be the same without you guys. But we are heading to take the camper out on it first trip of the year this weekend. Probably just up to Curt Gowdy... if anyone wants to stop by for some food feel free. All Tim does is cook when we camp and we have plenty of beer and lots of fun times...

Okay still settling in... doing laundry...catching up on Scrubs and all my other shows... ( Did Grey's Anatomy rock this week or what??? ). Atlanta home to....

Uncle Mark and Aunt Lori and the worlds largest aquarium. I mean when you are in the city with the biggest aquarium in the world..ya feel like you should stop in and see it. We did... it is pretty unbelievable as far as aquariums go ( and I have been to a bunch of aquariums). Anyway, I need to take this time to thank Mark and Lori for thier hospitality. Mark picked the boys and I up from the airport on thursday drove us to Montgomery and turned around and drove right back...what a trooper. We didn't get to see Mark too much because he had a work trip on Monday morning. But we appreciated the home cooked meal they made us Sunday night...that was soooo needed. We got to spend a bit more time with Lori...out to dinner one night and to the cutest ice cream place. It was called the little shop of stories. Well Tim and I found Tanner this book that we knew he would like but we thought we would suprise him in the car the next day. So Tanner saw the bag in Tim's hand in the store and said.."What is that bag Daddy?" Tim said" It is a bag of spankings" Well when we gave Tanner the bag the next day he remembered and it was soo funny...cause he said... it is not a bag of spankings... it is just a book Daddy.. I had to laugh.

Tonight we are in Missouri... Columbia. not too far outside St Louis. ... we are all getting anxious for home... only a few more days...

we are so blessed...

Not only were we welcomed by TJ and Beth and Bryant in Alabama. We then traveled to Florida's beautiful Emerald coast and were welcomed by Debbie and Charlie ( TJ's parents) . We were truly overwhelmed by thier hospitality...we had the best time, between the beach ,enjoying the pool and spending lots of time chatting and catching up. We consider ourselves so blessed to have met such amazing people in our life. We were sad that our stay in Florida was so quick... we look forward to going back VERY soon!!! Thanks again to our hosts..... here are some more pics of Florida...



Evan loved the ocean!! Now Tanner would NOT go in the water..then Riley (TJ's neice) showed up...and Tanner couldn't follow her into the water fast enough...what they do for girls..already!

We take over TJ and Beth's...

Yeah it was a rough couple hours.. beautiful day, beautiful yard, beautiful pool......Tim even relaxed with the boys in the hammock. Oh yeah.. it was rough I tell ya. Thanks again to TJ and Beth...for opening your beautiful home to us and for taking care of Tim during his time in Alabama. We hope we will get to see ya'll soon... :)

They were so sweet to us.. we went to hang out at thier house right before we left for Florida. When I post the pics I think that they will see that we took "make yourselves at home" to a whole new level... ;) We are blessed to have the best friends.
